no, dumbass regardless of how good someone may be, they are still prone to mistakes, he didn't do a tiger uppercut when he should have, and did not mix with high tiger shots at all, you want to see a good sagat player, look at A1MAJOR.
look at every top player in japan who plays sagat (mori, yaya, akeome) and they all do the same thing. low tigers have faster recovery frames as opposed to high tigers. plus because of this, its easier to pull off a tiger uppercut from a crouching tiger position than a high tiger.
