@YOUNGDUM42 the idea is to skate just on the border of your ability. you aren't necessarily better because you once kick flipped 8 stairs instead of 5. skating out of your ability will only get you hurt, which can lead to not being able to skate. but even if you did only skate safely within your ability you would still get better. getting familiar with your board, and learning more control is what will make you better. when you are one with your board you suddenly understand the physics involved
