I think you repeat your stuff too much, you should learn some new stuff to come up with. And don't stop all the time while playing a solo, really annoying. Otherwise, pretty good.

That's an 8 inch Wuhan, very cheap cymbal but I love the sound, it's the only non zyldjian cymbal I own.

I think you might understand spanish so let me explain that way. Chops son como dicen en español cortes. Cortes de la bateria. Las cosas que el bateriista hace entre medio de la base del ritmo.

And for those of you who don't speak spanish. I said that chops are the fills drummers do every so often in between the base groove of the song. IMO. Correct me if I'm wrong.

ok,para empezar esta bien,no lko hciste del todo mal,Y ANTES DE ESTO NO SOY NINGUN DISCRIMINADOR NI RACISTA,pero la realidad es que si quieres hacer un beat fuerte,rapido y limpio en el doble pedal,lamentablemente tienes que adelgazar,tus beats en el doble pedal no pasan de 6,porque tus pìernas no son delgadas,vas a vewr que los bateristas inceriblemente rapidos con el doble pedal son delgados,porque sus piernas tienen mas resistencia,y son mas ligeras,así que esa mi opinion,muy bueno por cierto

Como dije en el comentario del video. Esto fue despues de una noche larga donde estuve tocando mas de trs horas en un calor inmenso. Se que estoy grueso y se que me esta afectando pero no es pa tanto. Yo puedo tocar mas largo y mas tiempo pero es mas facil cuando estas en el medio de un tema con el resto de la banda.

man, so good, i can "see" well in reality hear you have a nice groove, my suggestion is, play with more dynamics and contrasts, you know sometimes playing so loud is not as funny, speacily for listeners, if you can play loud you can play soft, if slow then fast, but on the other hand i´m sure you are just made for drums, keep on drumming buddy!

Yeah basically. You could call it that. The main thing is that we don't have wind instruments like Trumpets or Trombones. Bluegrass is a style played in the south but the drum part resembles gospel.

thats true because in my church when people hear songo or salsa or merengue on the drums they are fine with it unless they hear a salsa thats strong with trumpet all over the place. And the people that listened to salsa in the world can tell what salsa sounds like on the piano. And the beat that you call the "gospel" beat is called the "shouting" beat in the black churches. DTB

Yeah it's called Songo but it's basically a salsa beat. I play basically songo on all coritos but there two others I use. One is a merengue beat the other is straight up gospel or bluegrass.
