they played together in the series called dark angel. She played Max and he played Alec.

He also played his twin, Max's "Manticore" (not bioligical) brother, Ben in season 1. It was only 1 ep in the 1st season and he died. They liked Jensen's performance so much they asked him to come back to play Alec and just wrote it for him to be Ben's twin.
