At 3;00, you don't have to take the ladder down from the sniper tower. You can leave the tower much quicker if you jump off the tower unto the truck below it. You'll be hurt but you'll survive the fall and most likely get the drop on the people flanking you through the building

A note about windows, Guns. You don't have to climb through them with the X action, in fact, I never do. If you sprint briefly and jump, crouching mid-air, you can go through the window without ever putting away your weapon. Once you've practiced a little with the execution, you can do it flawlessly every time.
