I tried contacting BOA back in June. I had dropped calls, transfer losses, you name it. They said they would send paperwork for loan mod. Never received them. Two months later I finally heard from them. They gave me a number of a local branch which tried to waste my time with a loan consolidation. After a week told me I didn't qualify. I lost my job and tried to start my own business, then came BP's oil blunder. No more phone calls, no unemployment. No money! No respect! No bail out for me!

Same thing happend to me and I sued them. I actually added your youtube on to m blog at piggybankblog com which is a place that I created for anyone who has been abused by Bank of America during the loan modification process.
