  • wow!!!!

    It's perfect

    :-)

  • wow this song is 40 minutes! That is amazing and they never took a break! Are there any other well known German composers other than bach beethoven und mozart? Amazing ! I love this classical music so much as an adult and when I was a child as well and even growing up! lol

  • @MuscleManDaniel this is not a song. "this" are 4 concerts, with 3 movements. and the concerts are interrelated because they all refer to the seasons of the year.

  • @MuscleManDaniel

    Mozart was Austrian. xx

  • I watched Nigel Kennedy playing these songs live a few months ago on his latest tour, just totally amazing!!! If you get the oppotunity, its worth it!

  • studying like a sir

  • The tuning on this song looks a little high... anything else noticed?

I guess it should be in E major, but looks like it's in F major

  • Best song for concentration, relaxing and studying

  • beautiful..draws you in and leaves you with a colorful smile..

  • Its amazing tat the music could be played for such a long time. Wow got stamina! (:

  • For my homework I had to draw a autumn scene. While I was doing so I ran out of ideas, all of the sudden this video ran to its autumn part. As all these different scenes came into my head.

    A really inspiring music.

  • One of the greates compositions of all time.

  • It helps your brain function better! so it helps studying I guess

  • The guy in this picture is not Vivaldi.

  • The guy in this picture is not Vivaldi...

  • The guy in this picture is not Antonio Vivaldi.

  • The guy in this picture is not Vivaldi.

  • it's a story of each season. So winter is full of storm, snow and thunder, spring is about flowers etc and so forth.

  • Thank you

  • Excellent Music

  • Studied this piece at school 30 years ago... if you know the story behind it then you can appreciate the music more as the music has true meaning

  • @adstristar What is the story?

  • I love this song(:

  • cool

  • This is great, the whole symphony :D. I first listened them separately. But this is much better!

  • My favorite classic music so far with the requiem of mozart

  • YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS

  • I'm a metalhead, but I love classical music! Can anyone tell me about a classical piece based around the tritone?

  • @mustaineisgod96 stating that you are a metalhead makes me assume you are looking for classical pieces that use the "devil's note" for sinister effect. The Danse Macabre would be a good place to start if my assumption is correct.

Though the stories about composers being tortured by the church for using the tritone in their work, or christians seeing it as something evil are utter arse. The diminished fifth was purely avoided because of it's dissonance.

  • @alpharage exactly. thanks for the recommendation. But I want more!

  • @mustaineisgod96 I can give you some more leads if you like.

Giuseppe Tartini composed a sonata that you might be interested in. He said Satan visited him and gave him instructions on how to do it. It's called "The Devil's Trill Sonata".

Wagner is a composer known for using the diminished fifth to create a menacing atmosphere, especialy in "Götterdämmerung".

Though I am still not quite sure what you are looking for.

  • love this song! I'm a cello player myself and I approve of this song! Thank you avrilfan2213!!!!

  • im definitely not a heavy/power metal fan, I found this because my Dad used to play it when I was younger. So a Defo thumbs up since i'm away at uni...

  • thanks

  • thumbs up if your watching this in 2012

  • this is the first time i've sit and listened to this whole piece. i'm really glad i did. i've always had this internal love for classical music and i'm so happy that you uploaded this. thank you so much.

  • it's really long. but it's all really beautiful in my opinion. wonder how long this took vivaldi to write?

  • HOW AN ANYONE DISLIKE THIS ITS BEAUTIFUL! i got a perfect mark on my essay because i was listening to this while doing it! thanks for uploading! (and anyway you can't even see the red on the like bar so that's okay)

  • i´m just here becouse of Intouchables ;)

  • How did i get here from a FedEx guy throwing a computer over a fence...

  • Music to my ears. The way it should be!

  • lovely music ,ya my ears wont go bad listening to this

  • I dislike when people say that Mozart is the best composer ever etc., when Vivaldi made 12 pieces that are widely known by the world in such a short time.

  • 1 DISLIKE?!

  • @ZCelebration I know right? There should be ZERO.

  • @FruitarianSwimster no you dont. wrong.

  • @volound ?

  • @FruitarianSwimster you asked "i know, right?"

    i responded.

  • @volound It's called an expression.

  • @FruitarianSwimster its a synonym of "yes" that latches onto stupid people.

  • Thanx !

  • I'm just beginning to listen to classical music after discovering Mozart's 40th symphony and I want to thank you for uploading all this vivaldi stuff can you upload more good music?

  • @Jonathan5065 I'm on it, just be patient

  • @Jonathan5065 I listened to Mozart's 40th about 2 month ago an I fell in love with classical music. It used to be so boring if you like Mozart listen to Shostakovitch's 7th

  • @foxxheadswagg thanks a lot for the suggestion i never heard that composer before he's great

  • I was curious what Vivaldi's four seasons altogether would sound like. Thanks!

  • This piece just got me though writing my final papers for history class. Thanks a bunch :)

  • Every time I sit down to do school work I turn this on and listen to it over and over. Thanks for the upload.

  • I listen to this for 4 hours every day studying.. it's amazing music that I will never stop listening to. Bless you for uploading, thank you so very much! :D

  • @FruitarianSwimster 1st time a youtuber blesses me, kinda weird, but that's ok... You're welcome! :]

  • @FruitarianSwimster Music that stimulate the mind, great stuff.

  • @FruitarianSwimster As a matter of if you play piece # 11 while you study, your memory absorbe three times faster the subject you are learning.

  • @garciagar64 Where's piece #11? And I'm curious as to know why.. although I like to listen to all of the movements.

  • There's a certain delightful irony in the fact that a user called "avrilfan" uploaded this to Youtube.

  • @madinno Ha!

  • @madinno seems everybody has the right to enjoy this glorious masterpiece.

    (black metal fan talking :D)

  • @CuvarZla my username is avrilfan, but I upload classical music, AND I'm a power metal fan. I like how weird that sounds :P

  • @CuvarZla No arguments there, I just found it kinna funny, given that most people these days wouldn't know Vivaldi if you slapped them upside the head with it :D

  • @madinno yeah i know. Cant even compare hmmm... David Guetta (hahaha) to this. It would be equal to blasphemy.

  • @CuvarZla One who compares an apple to an orange and then calls the apple insignificant is insignificant himself.

  • @JoelStephens87 You're right, but i was comparing it on popularity basis, not quality.

  • now I can lisent the whole year

  • brilliant

  • Could you tell me which orquetra is playing this?? Thanks... =)

  • @nataliafelixamaral It's the Italian Baroque Ensemble ;)

  • full version! YES!! thank you! :D

  • wonderful music!!!!! thanks!!!!!

  • Thanks dude, its perfect for studying, and also dnt have to change video each time. Good job ^^

And question, why starts in Spring? it was made like that?

  • @boruelo These 4 concerti were part of a book named Il cimento dell'armonia e dell'invenzione and was filled with concerti that Vivaldi wrote. The first four were named after seasons, starting with Spring.
