Probably the sweetest sound ever to come out of an affordable work of metal. A bit smokey though:-) piston rings a bit tired? Running a bit too rich?

The 146 2.0 sure drives nice, but it has nothing to do with a Transaxled 75 with Busso's masterpiece. And its a really heavy car (i own a 145 jtd)

I love how some of the commentators seems to believe that a 1275kg, 155hp, FWD 146 out-accelerates a 1210kg, 192hp, RWD 75, it's hilarious.

Dodgy gear shift or not, the 75 3.0 is a beast and leaves the 146 in the dust every time, the engine delivers so much power and torque over the entire rev band that it's not even a contest.

Maby the 2.0 twinspark is a bit faster on this kind of terrain bacause it has a lighter engine. The weight of the V6 is causing the car to go forward, while the 2.0 TS takes the corner smootly.

ok the 146 2.0 is equal fast then a alfa 155 v6 165 hp,BUT the v6 got the better sound and from 100km/h the v6 knocks the 2.0 down cuase the alfa 155 got 2.5 litres.

if you drove one day an ares3 v6 you don't want to drive an 4 cylinder!!

Topspeed Alfa 146 2.0 TI : 214 km/h

The 146 does win on acceleration because the 75 has the Tran-axle system witch means it takes a bit longer to shift gear. but i would still bet my money on the 75 when these two would race eachother.
