Hey Mike I don't know if you know this but if you hold shift your character crouches, and can never fall off the edge of a block. So you can use it to look down over the edge of tall cliffs and that ravine you found.

You should just start creating your heavy armour such as gold or diamond and then make your way to The End to kill the Enderdragon. You'll end up creating the brewer for potions. Strength and all that good stuff.

That thing in the end that killed you is a small blue spider that can poison you if you don't have armor. Kill cows, craft armor. Or better yet, craft a iron armor which is more resistent. Also you could use 2 sticks to burn one thing instead of coal. With coal you can burn 8 things, but you waste it if you only burn 3 or 4 things. To keep your health regenerating always keep your food meter above 9. You can eat a cooked steak, porkchop, or chicken every time your food meter drops to seven.

Please don't use music in moments of fast forwarding. I'd rather you cut the scene. Also you need to keep your hunger bar full, in order to keep your health bar full. You were poisoned by the spider but if you had of eaten you wouldn't have died.

@ONS1AUGH7 Your in a mineshaft which has a ravine running off of it. It was a cave spider (dangerous little sucker) and they poison you (normal spiders don't posion you) which means you lose health until the poison wears off.

You have to keep a eye on your health bar on the top right and make sure it is full, otherwise your hearts will not regenerate. You may want to kill so cows and make some leather armour or even iron armour if possible will help you survive longer.
