Norway said they didn't see anything on their radars.
Don't rockets show up on radars? Duh...
There was also two more spirals videoed over Russia & Mongolia within a day or two of the one over Norway.
The Russian military is likely involved, but its seems obvious that they're experimenting with something beyond just rockets.
Hopefully this will happen again so it can be documented further & the malfunctioning rocket theory can be laid to rest.

How did a 2 meter long third stage of a missile create that large of a white formation in the sky? I won't even mention the perfect rotation of the spiral. Do you realize that IF this occurred outside of the earth's atmosphere as the missile theorists claim (which explains why there was no atmospheric friction or effect of gravity on the leaked "fuel/exhaust") the rotating "missile" in the center of the spiral would be INCREDIBLY large.
