Ok that is very bad.... I had sun poisoning once as well, it was horrible, I had dizziness, couldn't stop throwing up or shaking, so the first thing I did was drink lots and LOTS of gatorate since my body needed electrolytes (that's why I got so sick) and as for my skin I immediately started applying a moisturizer with aloe vera, everyday 3 or 4 times a day. This moisturized and rehydrated my skin.
