really want to make one cos theyre too deer to buy!! have you used a kids snowboard or a skateboard?? and how to you secure the forks and frame to the board?? please help!
what have you used for the boards and how does it ride?
im looking to improve mine, i'm using a bmx style scooter frame and skateboard decks.
the issue with mine is it tends to fishtail, i had to use a length of 1/4" hardwood along both underside edges of the boards from front to rear to create some "runners" to keep it from sliding so much.
here in England UK it doesnt always snow every year so i cant justify buying the real thing. even when it does we get 8" max lol
