How to tell if your cat is overweight

That cat is adorable and incredibly obedient, but this video is RUBBISH. It really shouldn't say "How to tell..." if it doesn't give you any info on what makes them overweight, normal or underweight. There were no signs or single implications of "your cat IS overweight IF...". I was expecting the presenter to say maybe "if the stomach bulges out from the ribs" but left confused.

What should you do if there's extra tummy baggage? How much is too much? Our cat has a bit but this is normal becaus
