The Sword of Kings is Poo's only weapon that gives him a positive offense boost. All other weapons he can equip (Slingshot, Yo-yo) give him a negative boost.

man, i started looking for the SoK at level 67 and kept looking for it through level 89, never found the dang thing. (I know i fought more than 128 starmen supers!)

Well, it's just a probability. You don't actually have to fight 128 Supers.

Mine took a while but then again, I had my people with some awesome equipment. 3rd starman got me the sword

Your better off Debugging game. Thats how i always get my Sword of Kings. I don't spend the time killing Starman Supers since more then half of my attempts I never get it. If you want to learn how to Debug Earthbound, just google it.

i have played the game through probably 10 times. this last one i promised myself the sword of kings. it took over 250 starmen. anyone who tells you the SOK is not that great is lying. sure, it is only a little more attack for a little game left...but the satisfaction is amazing.

I spent time fighting at least 128 monsters, if not 256, and I tell you that I still didn't get the SOK.

ANd other times I got it on the first try.

Every time I played Earthbound and got to that point i got the Sword of Kings on the second or third try. I must be lucky...

the swoed of kings is a super rare item for poo its the only wepon he can equip (that actuley helps him) you can find it only 1 time out of 100 games so if ou ever get it your really really really lucky

games? Actually, it is a one in 128 chance(per fight) of getting it from a Starman Super. It is very annoying and takes forever to find...
