  • I like the way @Azizp17 puts his opinion across, your rite in your own context but just to let you know this choir has visited the USA more than anyother country and we hav never got any complaints about the dancing or the language they sing in but only recieve good feed back and support for the choir's cause.... and the audience especially americans in church can't wait to learn those dances as its part of African culture and how you can praise in all ways you can!!

  • dont b ignorant to the African culture. American culture may not approve of this dancing n the Christian community, but to Africans, this is how they dance (even n praising God) & no matter wat African children choir u go to, u WILL c the same thing so plz dont judge their culture. they're just trying to educate us about their culture while praising God to raise money to help take care of the children. im involved with the Watoto organization so idk much about this 1 but i LOVE the video/song

  • this is damn nice

  • I re-read what I wrote & I want to emphasize that I really like the song's tune & words , I love the children's voices, & I think this video was well produced & filmed. My comment is a friendly suggestion that in the USA that hip shaking dance movement isn't done for religious songs, but the movements at 1:47are acceptable. The words "I'm in love with you, I'm in love" also don't translate very well in the USA. Instead of those words, for God we usually say "I love you". I mean no disrespect.

  • @Azizip17 Hmnn... I beg to differ. Not to do with being in America vs not in America. There are different ways of using the English language. One can be "in love" with anything. It simply means you "more than love" something and its very acceptable to use towards God. Outside this translation its subjective... i.e you "personally" might choose not use English in that way. You don't have to look far on Google to find African American Gospel artists expressing their deep love for God in this way.

  • @Azizip17 ...as for the dancing... lol... no disrespect... but you gotta be kidding me. There are already choirs of this sort with more than this dancing touring the world.... including the USA. This comment is again subjective... based on your own particular taste and not that of a nation. Much love from Washington, DC. lol... hope you take my comments well ;).

  • As an African American I have to say that the way the children danced to a religious song didn't fit the belief that I was raised with that dancing & religion didn't mix-especially shaking your hips like the main soloist & others did. If this choir ever goes on tours in the USA or other Western nations, they may want to change that. But this is still a very good video & a nice song. Thank you for sharing it. I'm adding it to my online collection of music/dance video gems. Google Jambalayah.

  • everything is good about this video

  • i love everything about the video African nature the place to be

  • simply magnifique
