The most profitable way to make money (in the short term) is to kill other people and take their stuff. The second most profitable method is slavery. Through "Corporate Personhood," corporations have learned that they can use the government to transfer wealth to themselves at the expense of others.

We need a constitutional amendment to repeal "Corporate Personhood" and ban them from the political arena. Then we can dismantle the Military Industrial Complex, and end these wars.

@wbaltzley I agree with your 1st and 2nd points, but i'm not sure i fully agree with your conclusion. Corporations are tools, and like any tool they can be used constructively or destructively. But either way, we don't have to wait for a change in the law. I say this to anyone reading now: We can take action NOW at this very moment by changing what we CHOOSE to buy or believe. Live cruelty-free. Support organizations you believe in, and don't support ones that are anathema to you.

If we do these things we'll see an end to most world issues of war, poverty, and corporate servitude relatively overnight (10 to 15 years). This formula has been known for a long time. Too bad that the constitutions are controlled by the economy, which the corporations and the families that own them control. What we need is a reform of human society; to critically look at ourselves and our society and truly see what makes us healthy and happy and apply that.

I think if we did that, we would eventually be a united species that with science--and the knowledge and technology we gain from it--directly uses all resources in a sustainable manner, for human health.
