1. irrational thinking: he thinks that good university education must make him career success. definitely wrong la!

2. self centred thinking /highly egoistic. With his frequent failure in interview, he cannot think from boss' angle. Perspective taking is something he needs to learn.

3. Poor wardrobe management. Other web friends also criticized his strange combination of black suit, hands gloves and short pants. He may be at poverty.

Actually we need to appreciate something:

1. The Government comprehensive social welfare system. W/o this system, the unemployed may become criminal one day.

2. Mr Leung Kin Pang has the courage to expose himself to the media. He is willing to expose his problems to the world at the expense of his public image. Why we do not appreciate his courage?

3. He has good character e.g. diligence and self discipline when finishing academic work at least in his university years.

2) Yes, you are right, he has the courage to expose himself. But, on the other hand, he was unwise to expose himself in front of the media, which in turn suggests that he was not able to foresee that this now-realized situation, created by the media, is not going to be favorable to him.

3) Yes, I agree. The fact that he has finished his masters degree at CU suggests at least he has certain strengths. Whether one can realize and utilize such a strength is the key to success.
