hahaha, they really are that difficult to put on. I was almost sweating the first time I tried. It's worth the effort, because they really make your legs and butt slimmer by reducing water retention. They are usually called "compression stockings" in Europe and North America, and you can choose loose ones or very tight ones ("mmHg" is the measurement of tightness, and 20-30 mmHg is good for slimming). Hope this helps.
