I've seen the whole series (except episode 13, cant find a subbed episode for it T.T ) and for people who don't get it...

The whole purpose of this anime was to teach English, but an anime about just teaching English would be boring so they creators decided to throw in some magic and loli. i dunno why they did that but still... its a great anime.
