I am pretty new to this, but I've made some really good kefir already The one thing i read alot .was that water will kill milk kefir. I see people being so careful to dry even the washed out jars they put the kefir into.. I am so shocked to learn that it's ok to get water on them....much less put them in water! This video is so informative ..alll your videos are. Thanks for all the info you share! linda

@greatfullheart I would not put kefir grains into water that contains chlorine.
