@TheHelloBatty What gets shouted out depends on the artist and the song. For example, in this song, instead of the standard MIX chants (the Tiger! Fire! etc. part), you can do what's called HALKO MIX (which is just "Haruko!" chanted 7 times). It all depends on the specifics.
I should also note that in Japan, certain artists and certain locations ban otagei, because it can be disruptive (and fights have broken out over it). One needs to be aware of the situation/atmosphere.
@tentontim Oh thank you! I was always wondering if it was different cause it sounds similar. Most of the yelling I wonder about is for the Maid Idols. Especially Candy Star and Kanzen Maid Sengen.
