I feel they could make Eve a classy manager. Like Miss Elizabeth who never got involved and looked awesome. Liz is, was, and always will be the best manager, valet, everything.
Sherri was the best :) A great wrestler & manager. It really pisses me off when i hear ppl say that some of the divas are ok or are improving! I don't wanna watch them improve they should be great. I never thought i'd say this but WWE has too many women. Keep some as wrestlers like Beth, Natalya, Gail, Melina, Michelle & even Alicia. & use the likes of Maryse & Layla as valets. I couldn't care less about the rest lol

After watching RAW last night...The Bella Twins don't belong in the ring...they did ok, but to be on live tv you need to be GREAT. Not saying they should stop wrestling and become valets, they actually should do both like Maryse is doing. The Bellas are money, no doubt, but they should wrestle in dark matches & house shows until they are decent enough to wrestle on tv. Alicia Fox...well OBVIOUSLY she knows someone in high power, bcuz she doesn't belong on tv or deserve to be Diva's champion.

@MrDivalover1 i think layla has improved a lot, if you look her matches at the beginning she was pretty bad, according to the house shows reports they say she has became a decent wrestler, i think she needs more time. k2 has a problem she cant talk or act so she is useless, eve has 0 charisma too

@OLDYOUTH I would say from what i have seen from kelly in last 4years and in ring last 3years. She is not that good. I know all of her marks thing she is so great but that is not true at all. she knows 3 moves she is terrible on mic terrible in ring terrible in taking or doing moves. FRACNINE ,MISSY HYATT N BEULAH were the ULTIMATE valets of wrestling. They all could wrestle,catfight work the mic and do mixed tag matches. The women of ECW truly are underrated as valets. ECW women rule

Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley was a really good manager back in the Attitude Era. Lita was good to the Hardys, and later Edge. Stacy Keibler was good at one point. Melina for MNM was also another really good manager for them I assume the reason you made this video was due to the Beth Phoenix/Rosa Mendes Superstars match which lead to Beth's ankle getting injured on top of the Eve/Kelly Kelly pushes. I think Rosa would be better off as a manager or valet for a spanish heel wrestler or team.

Ms. Elizabeth was the ultimate valet/manager, she was classy, and never had to dress like a whore, Missy Hyatt and Woman were good managers for getting involved in matches, always loved the loaded purse angle.
I really wish they would let Natalya wrestle more- I think she would make a great Womens Champion(or whichever one is on Raw) and that would make the Hart Dynasty stronger- she's a rare breed where she's a great manager/valet and great wrestler. Jillian is underused remeber when she won the divas title and he reign ended the same night on raw like a few seconds after her victory. Jillian deserves a good reign. Edge did have vickie guerrero for a couple and she was the manger and always helped Edge win matches
I agree with this. I sometimes feel they should go even further and scrap this division altogether as they just aren't doing anything interesting with it imo. If they won't develop their personalities or push more women who can actually wrestle, why bother.

Bella Twins, Michelle McCool, Layla, Maryse, Eve, Rosa Mendes and Tiffany were all discovered from the diva search. Even though some of them may be okay, for the most part a lot of them are just eye candy, NOT wrestlers. Kinda makes you think, how would women's wrestling be today if it wasn't for the diva search.
I sorta agree with what you're saying but you have to take into account that there has to be some kind of chemistry between the valet and wrestler for it to work. You can't just have Kelly Kelly come out with Randy Orton because that won't work. Randy's character doesn't need a girl and it wouldn't feel right. Melina and MNM worked because they were a perfect fit. Edge and Lita worked because of the circumstances during that time but not today. WWE just needs to stop hiring diva search rejects.
Serena is in the S.E.S and She's reconizable now. Interferees in matches.Instead if recruting just men in the SES they can recrute some women in there and have Serena the leader of them in the society. Then have Punk deal with the men in the ses. I don't know just a thought of what they can do to make women more reconizable.
Well all they have to do is put more women matches on the shows. I mean you get to see 1 women match compared to like 5-6 men matches. Why cuz people don't care about the women matches as much as they do the men. But if they started to put more women's matches on for titles up for grabs and starting displaying women wrestling I think they would get more fans not a lot more but every bit helps.

the problem with the WWe is that they put the women in the ring too soon, way before they're ready to actually be in there. Eve could be a potential wrestler, if she trains for another year or so. she's got the look to convince people that she can wrestle and she's fairly athletic. My problem is with women like Maryse and kelly kelly. They don't have the look or the ability and I doubt whether any more training would make them improve. WOW old ECW.. brings back so many memories!
@Shane2day Vickie was never a wrestler though, so that's not a good example. Also, Natalya is actually a VERY GOOD wrestler. She needs to be wrestling for the womens title and not just be relegated to being a manager. WWE unfortunately is doing the opposite of what needs to be done with Natalya.

Personally, there has been a few divas that were valets become more sucessful when they transitioned from valet to wrestler. Trish Stratus started as valets with T&A (Test and Albert), Lita with Essa Rios and the Hardyz, what you mentioned about Sensational Sherri. There's plenty more.
I think the last great manager in WWE was Armando Estrada (yeah I know, he's a guy DERP), I mean, even though we all want the Divas who suck in the ring to be relegated to a valet/manager role but nowadays WWE thinks wrestler's have to get over on their own merits even if a manager would do WONDERS for them...also, an over-reliance on the Trish Stratus model of Diva training.

The reason WWE never give up on the likes of Eve and Kelly Kelly, is because they always view Trish Stratus as an example, Trish couldn't wrestle to save her life when she started out, then she went on to become one of the biggest female stars of all time. I not saying that Eve or Kelly Kelly will turn out the same as Trish, but in WWEs eyes, if Trish can do it, then anyone can do it, but it was mostly down to Trish's work ethic that got her that far. Rosa Mendes was doing great as a manager.

spinnernet i must disagree, i agree with most divas not having skills but they WANT to be in the ring, thats the oppurtunity wwe gives pro wrestlers to do there hobby in the biggest company. I sure as hell doubt serena wanted to get her head shaven and be a manager but thats what she will do till she gets what vince calls an "oppurtunity" aka a push. I think sometimes fans forget that these people have dreams and goals and are not just company checkers or chess pieces.

@jaysteinhauer she was Shane Douglas's manager from around late 1993 to the first half of 1994 in ECW. then she went to WCW shortly after to manage Ric Flair.

Everybody harks back to the days of the Attitude Era with the male wrestlers. Everybody comments on how the male wrestlers of today are nothing like the proper Wrestling of ages gone by.
And sadly, its the same with the Women. The WWE nowadays is driven by profit. Money is the only thing that matters to the board. So having women in skimpy outfits is far more justifiable to them then having women who can actually wrestle.........sadly
I know you were only giving a few examples, BUT how did you forget Dawn Marie from your ECW list?! I'd consider her to be a lot more relevant to this then say Lori or Missy.

you make some great points in this video, good work Spinnernet some could be used put over guys as a valet and be their mouthpiece as well as interfere in their matches who don't have charisma also some of divas have loads of charisma and are perfect for this.
I watched Smackdown last night and I was not too pleased with the womens match. While the women are very good at acrobats, they really don't execute those acrobats well in the ring together. TNA has a better womens division, minus the Beautiful People who are clearly used for ratings because of their act.
With that said, to me its nothing personal. I am deeply sprry if I come off that way as trying to "get" you. Cause I dont. To me this was a debate concerning a matter not a person. Too many people here on youtube quicklly identifies the other person as the problem in a debate and goes to try to provoke him/her devaluing the person as a whole making him seem unable to be set personal matters aside or to be unbiased or even competent enough.
i agree but it will never happen in the current era because wwe cant be bothered to create stables and book matches with interference (theyre just too damn lazy, vince prefers watered-down 1 on 1 matches.)
@NickThaHitman Sharmel was a good manager. But seeing Bella Twins or Eve as managers would mainly be seeing them as eye candy and that would in my book steal attention from the wrestler and just have women coming out with the only talent of looking pretty. To me thats not interesting.
I think Kristal Lashley in TNA before her & Bobby Lashley left was great at this valet role. Shortly before their departure they turned heel, Kristal did much of the work in this heel turn & actually made me care somewhat about Lashley even though he sucked.
Most of the divas nowadays are just hired as centerfolds, they don't have the personality or connection to the crowd to be like Sherri & Miss Elizabeth (RIP both of them)
One thing I dislike that WWE did was originally Rosa Mendez was Zack Ryder's girlfriend, and that was a perfect role for her because Rosa's not necessarily the best wrestler. But they drafted her to Smackdown, thus her and Zack are no longer together, thus a waste of a valet role
When a woman used to come out, it was a bigger deal. Like Sunny (ew), Sable, Sherri, Luna etc, the crowd loved them, and got into their story lines. There are too many women, who look the same and can't really wrestle.
Erm i agree to be honest, bringing that female manager role would give the women some credibility. Look at women like Luna Vachon! She could wrestle, but she was an awesome manager for people like Shawn Michaels, and would actually feud with other female managers, like Sherri, during the superstars matches. It shows their role was actually important. It all comes down to this. There are too many women.

Eve and Kelly have come pretty far and arepretty talented seeing as they have only wrestled for about three years each.
That not being ok and shoving women away for not being enough is what mankind has always done, right or wrong is a moral question. BUT I think its unfair to judge women from a male standpoint seeing as the males often have trained longer and ARE what indeed carries wrestling.Let women have their spots, they can live on the looks..as can valets.

There are women wrestlers out there who have trained in the ring for YEARS and who have a lot of experience as accomplished wrestlers in the indepedent circuit and/ or Japan. WWE needs to hire the women who train just as hard and perform just as hard as men do. They're out there, WWE needs to get them
@spinnernet1 to some extent it has. Cause its deemed that all men are good in wrestling and therefore women wrestling on TV must be AS good. For instance John Cena gets away with not being very good of a wrestler due to being popular. Kelly Kelly doesnt. Eve doesnt. WWE has also never made it their quest to have a GREAT women's division.. and if that isnt the goal.. then why spend mopre money on wrestlers that cost a lot than models who can get paid less.
@SpeakingOfWrestling I certainly never implied that all male wrestlers are good wrestlers. There are male wrestlers out there who are just as uninteresting as the women who don't know how to wrestle. Also, there's the personality factor. Some women who don't know how to wrestle actually have more interesting personalities than a handful of their male counterparts.
People crap on John Cena's wrestling ability all the time, so I don't know how that's a good example.
@spinnernet1 what I meant if we are gonna discuss the women we need to discuss Cena's, Big Show's and Batista's work in the ring and not seperate men from women but seperate wrestler from wrestler.. Not to speak of Goldberg, whom some people wants back. Now that psychology aspect that you bring up I have to agree on that cause like you say; some of them lack a lot of psychlogy and like me and my friend discussed the other week.
@SpeakingOfWrestling What's wrong with seperate videos for the male and female wrestlers? I've made videos in the past criticizing male wrestlers. There's no point in trying to group everyone together in one video. I certainly have no desire to upload a 25 to 30 minute video onto Youtube where I group everyone in together, therefore I do it in seperate videos. Once again, I don't see your point there.
@spinnernet1 Nothing is wrong with that. I just opted what I think and said I believe there is a risk in seperating women and men and only see the differences. So from that aspect there is a point in putting it together as I see it, just like there is no reason from your point of view. There are points for everything if looked at it in a certain way. Now you looked from your window and I looked from mine. And sharing points of views instead of defending one's own is what's interesting to me :)

@spinnernet1 The Major problem with the women's division is that they lack characters. Some of them just come out as this girl and do a match. Well psychology takes time to learn and here is where I believe someone like Michelle McCool never get her cudos, cause she is a very credible character. I dont know how many PM's, channel posts and comments I have gotten since starting about how pissed off people get at her. She is a solid mat worker and she does good.
@spinnernet1 most males dont have to go through some of the censors the women do cause they are expected to be good wrestlers. With women its sometimes the other way around. Instead of seeing the enormous development Kelly and Eve have done over around only three years, coming with ZERO aptitude or knowledge about wrestling its pretty well done, same with Maryse people see-saw them. These three arrived and they were not all about wanting to look pretty but to compete and get physical. Exemplary!

Yea, I agree, if you can't wrestle, don't pretend to be one, or have WWE pretend you are one. Because to do that, forces a degradation of the art and sport of wrestling because good wrestlers (e.g., Molly Holly and Victoria) wind up "jobbing" to them.
IMO Lita was the final important diva's wrestler and valet in the WWE.
Also Orton coming out with a valet with his current gimmick, would look strange. Edge coming out with a valet wouldn't look strange, goes with his Rated R gimmick well. It worked well with Lita, so........

@SpeakingOfWrestling Lita's heel gimmick with Edge was brilliant, WWE basically fed into her heat from her incident with Edge and Matt Hardy. Hell, Edge basically fed into that heat as well. Some people just take the roles too seriously, like Jericho recently got attacked by fans. But anyway, IMO Lita should have continued ignoring the tools, just as Edge did, and accept that negativity into her heel role. If she was still here today things would be fine. You see people are over the affair.
So well in these 15 years wrestling has changed. Just remember the HARSH reactions you and I shared over the fact how WWE used the Bella Twins. they hardly wrestle but serve as valets for the guest hosts and people claim they look like whores. SO that says pretty much of what we think of willingless, worshipping, non-individualistic women that the valets came to portray.
For instance, 15 years ago Million Dollar Man practically had a black slave called Virgil.. that would NEVER happen today.
@SpeakingOfWrestling Women as valets can have IMPORTANT roles in storylines and matches if they are booked properly. Look at all of the examples that I gave in the video. Being a valet in itself is NOT sexist. It's depends on HOW they would be booked.

Because having lotsof women as valets that would risk of having them look like cheap jewellery shacking up with different men every other month. Not well in accordance with today's values. BUT yeah to some very limited extent. Problem is that not too seldomly the WOMAN have taken too much attention..
I am afraid (no disrespect) that as you present it with the women ONLY accompanying the male wrestlers, they serve MORE as a distraction than a gain. Orton having valet=sharing the spotlight.
BUT, we also live in a different time now than we did in the 80's or for that sake early 90's. Women today have stronger roles in society and are expected to be more individualistic than they were back then.Back then the entire world still idolized the housekeeping wife always being there taking care of things having ONLY the MAN's best as her life project.
So with going on with TOO much valets would make WWE an easy target for discrimination accusations for holding on to old stofile stereotypes

Women's wrestling division is better than in a long time though they make the mistake sometimes of allowing them having too many wrestlers.
Randy Orton having a valet I believe would somewhat kill his character.. and Edge same thing. Yeah women as a valet would be interesting and could add to some textent I agree on that and I believe that is good.
i agree with you. wwe should do that for some of the young talents and a few main eventers. look at tna, desmond wolfe has chelsea as his girlfriend and she is technically managing wolfe and flair. wwe should do that with some few other wrestlers. especially, she would fit perfectly in those type of roles managing a canadian or something. or have the bad wrestling divas and i say that in the most respectful way commentate in a interview or find them some other roles that would be significant

Sherri was the best :) A great wrestler & manager. It really pisses me off when i hear ppl say that some of the divas are ok or are improving! I don't wanna watch them improve they should be great. I never thought i'd say this but WWE has too many women. Keep some as wrestlers like Beth, Natalya, Gail, Melina, Michelle & even Alicia. & use the likes of Maryse & Layla as valets. After watching RAW last night...The Bella Twins don't belong in the ring...they did ok, but to be on live tv you need to be GREAT. Not saying they should stop wrestling and become valets, they actually should do both like Maryse is doing. The Bellas are money, no doubt, but they should wrestle in dark matches & house shows until they are decent enough to wrestle on tv. Alicia Fox...well OBVIOUSLY she knows someone in high power, bcuz she doesn't belong on tv or deserve to be Diva's champion.

Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley was a really good manager back in the Attitude Era. Lita was good to the Hardys, and later Edge. Stacy Keibler was good at one point. Melina for MNM was also another really good manager for them I assume the reason you made this video was due to the Beth Phoenix/Rosa Mendes Superstars match which lead to Beth's ankle getting injured on top of the Eve/Kelly Kelly pushes. I think Rosa would be better off as a manager or valet for a spanish heel wrestler or team.

I really wish they would let Natalya wrestle more- I think she would make a great Womens Champion(or whichever one is on Raw) and that would make the Hart Dynasty stronger- she's a rare breed where she's a great manager/valet and great wrestler. I sorta agree with what you're saying but you have to take into account that there has to be some kind of chemistry between the valet and wrestler for it to work. You can't just have Kelly Kelly come out with Randy Orton because that won't work. Randy's character doesn't need a girl and it wouldn't feel right. Melina and MNM worked because they were a perfect fit. Edge and Lita worked because of the circumstances during that time but not today. WWE just needs to stop hiring diva search rejects.

the problem with the WWe is that they put the women in the ring too soon, way before they're ready to actually be in there. Eve could be a potential wrestler, if she trains for another year or so. she's got the look to convince people that she can wrestle and she's fairly athletic. My problem is with women like Maryse and kelly kelly. They don't have the look or the ability and I doubt whether any more training would make them improve. WOW old ECW.. brings back so many memories!

Personally, there has been a few divas that were valets become more sucessful when they transitioned from valet to wrestler. Trish Stratus started as valets with T&A (Test and Albert), Lita with Essa Rios and the Hardyz, what you mentioned about Sensational Sherri. There's plenty more.

The reason WWE never give up on the likes of Eve and Kelly Kelly, is because they always view Trish Stratus as an example, Trish couldn't wrestle to save her life when she started out, then she went on to become one of the biggest female stars of all time. I not saying that Eve or Kelly Kelly will turn out the same as Trish, but in WWEs eyes, if Trish can do it, then anyone can do it, but it was mostly down to Trish's work ethic that got her that far. Rosa Mendes was doing great as a manager.

spinnernet i must disagree, i agree with most divas not having skills but they WANT to be in the ring, thats the oppurtunity wwe gives pro wrestlers to do there hobby in the biggest company. I sure as hell doubt serena wanted to get her head shaven and be a manager but thats what she will do till she gets what vince calls an "oppurtunity" aka a push. Everybody harks back to the days of the Attitude Era with the male wrestlers. Everybody comments on how the male wrestlers of today are nothing like the proper Wrestling of ages gone by.
And sadly, its the same with the Women. The WWE nowadays is driven by profit. Money is the only thing that matters to the board. So having women in skimpy outfits is far more justifiable to them then having women who can actually wrestle.........sadly

I watched Smackdown last night and I was not too pleased with the womens match. While the women are very good at acrobats, they really don't execute those acrobats well in the ring together. TNA has a better womens division, minus the Beautiful People who are clearly used for ratings because of their act.

@NickThaHitman Sharmel was a good manager. But seeing Bella Twins or Eve as managers would mainly be seeing them as eye candy and that would in my book steal attention from the wrestler and just have women coming out with the only talent of looking pretty. To me thats not interesting.

I think Kristal Lashley in TNA before her & Bobby Lashley left was great at this valet role. Shortly before their departure they turned heel, Kristal did much of the work in this heel turn & actually made me care somewhat about Lashley even though he sucked.
Most of the divas nowadays are just hired as centerfolds, they don't have the personality or connection to the crowd to be like Sherri & Miss Elizabeth (RIP both of them)

One thing I dislike that WWE did was originally Rosa Mendez was Zack Ryder's girlfriend, and that was a perfect role for her because Rosa's not necessarily the best wrestler. But they drafted her to Smackdown, thus her and Zack are no longer together, thus a waste of a valet role

When a woman used to come out, it was a bigger deal. Like Sunny (ew), Sable, Sherri, Luna etc, the crowd loved them, and got into their story lines. There are too many women, who look the same and can't really wrestle.

Erm i agree to be honest, bringing that female manager role would give the women some credibility. Look at women like Luna Vachon! She could wrestle, but she was an awesome manager for people like Shawn Michaels, and would actually feud with other female managers, like Sherri, during the superstars matches. It shows their role was actually important. It all comes down to this. There are too many women.

Just like to finish off that the arguments shouldnt be taken personal even though I said that it seemed like some male-dominant opinionism came through. No way, shape or form would I believe or think you are a woman-discriminator.

Eve and Kelly have come pretty far and arepretty talented seeing as they have only wrestled for about three years each.
That not being ok and shoving women away for not being enough is what mankind has always done, right or wrong is a moral question. BUT I think its unfair to judge women from a male standpoint seeing as the males often have trained longer and ARE what indeed carries wrestling.Let women have their spots, they can live on the looks..as can valets.

There are women wrestlers out there who have trained in the ring for YEARS and who have a lot of experience as accomplished wrestlers in the indepedent circuit and/ or Japan. WWE needs to hire the women who train just as hard and perform just as hard as men do. They're out there, WWE needs to get them

@spinnernet1 to some extent it has. Cause its deemed that all men are good in wrestling and therefore women wrestling on TV must be AS good. For instance John Cena gets away with not being very good of a wrestler due to being popular. Kelly Kelly doesnt. Eve doesnt. WWE has also never made it their quest to have a GREAT women's division.. and if that isnt the goal.. then why spend mopre money on wrestlers that cost a lot than models who can get paid less.

@SpeakingOfWrestling I certainly never implied that all male wrestlers are good wrestlers. There are male wrestlers out there who are just as uninteresting as the women who don't know how to wrestle. Also, there's the personality factor. Some women who don't know how to wrestle actually have more interesting personalities than a handful of their male counterparts.
People crap on John Cena's wrestling ability all the time, so I don't know how that's a good example.

@spinnernet1 what I meant if we are gonna discuss the women we need to discuss Cena's, Big Show's and Batista's work in the ring and not seperate men from women but seperate wrestler from wrestler.. Not to speak of Goldberg, whom some people wants back. Now that psychology aspect that you bring up I have to agree on that cause like you say; some of them lack a lot of psychlogy and like me and my friend discussed the other week.

@SpeakingOfWrestling What's wrong with seperate videos for the male and female wrestlers? I've made videos in the past criticizing male wrestlers. There's no point in trying to group everyone together in one video. I certainly have no desire to upload a 25 to 30 minute video onto Youtube where I group everyone in together, therefore I do it in seperate videos. Once again, I don't see your point there.

@spinnernet1 Nothing is wrong with that. I just opted what I think and said I believe there is a risk in seperating women and men and only see the differences. So from that aspect there is a point in putting it together as I see it, just like there is no reason from your point of view. There are points for everything if looked at it in a certain way. Now you looked from your window and I looked from mine. And sharing points of views instead of defending one's own is what's interesting to me :)

@spinnernet1 The Major problem with the women's division is that they lack characters. Some of them just come out as this girl and do a match. Well psychology takes time to learn and here is where I believe someone like Michelle McCool never get her cudos, cause she is a very credible character. I dont know how many PM's, channel posts and comments I have gotten since starting about how pissed off people get at her. She is a solid mat worker and she does good.

@spinnernet1 most males dont have to go through some of the censors the women do cause they are expected to be good wrestlers. With women its sometimes the other way around. Instead of seeing the enormous development Kelly and Eve have done over around only three years, coming with ZERO aptitude or knowledge about wrestling its pretty well done, same with Maryse people see-saw them. These three arrived and they were not all about wanting to look pretty but to compete and get physical. Exemplary!

Also spinnernet, and this is the harshest criticism I have towards this video.. is that your views actually come across as somewhat male-dominant. Cause you somewhat hold on to some old views, aware or not, that women shouldnt wrestle unless they are good. Thats the biggest politicalproblem today when it comes gender equality. Men get away by being somewhat good, while women that doesnt perform to perfection are viewed as shit and told to start serve the men instead. >>>>

The divas who aren't good wrestlers shouldn't be wrestling, and the men who aren't good wrestlers shouldn't be wrestling. This video has nothing to do with discrimminating against a specific gender. I would have made the same video for male wrestlers who aren't good in the ring.
This is pro wrestling, not a rant of gender equality. There's way too much political correctness as it is.

Yea, I agree, if you can't wrestle, don't pretend to be one, or have WWE pretend you are one. Because to do that, forces a degradation of the art and sport of wrestling because good wrestlers (e.g., Molly Holly and Victoria) wind up "jobbing" to them.

IMO Lita was the final important diva's wrestler and valet in the WWE.
Also Orton coming out with a valet with his current gimmick, would look strange. Edge coming out with a valet wouldn't look strange, goes with his Rated R gimmick well. It worked well with Lita, so........

I wouldnt really set her run as a manager, valet to Edge as a pretty respectable one when it comes pushing female talent.
Rather seeing a somewhat semi-good woman wrestler than seeing someone portrayed as a cheap, promiscuous whore which literally was what she was made to look like.

@SpeakingOfWrestling Lita's heel gimmick with Edge was brilliant, WWE basically fed into her heat from her incident with Edge and Matt Hardy. Hell, Edge basically fed into that heat as well. Some people just take the roles too seriously, like Jericho recently got attacked by fans. But anyway, IMO Lita should have continued ignoring the tools, just as Edge did, and accept that negativity into her heel role. If she was still here today things would be fine. You see people are over the affair.

So well in these 15 years wrestling has changed. Just remember the HARSH reactions you and I shared over the fact how WWE used the Bella Twins. they hardly wrestle but serve as valets for the guest hosts and people claim they look like whores. SO that says pretty much of what we think of willingless, worshipping, non-individualistic women that the valets came to portray.
For instance, 15 years ago Million Dollar Man practically had a black slave called Virgil.. that would NEVER happen today.

@SpeakingOfWrestling Women as valets can have IMPORTANT roles in storylines and matches if they are booked properly. Look at all of the examples that I gave in the video. Being a valet in itself is NOT sexist. It's depends on HOW they would be booked.

@spinnernet1 yes they can, I agree on that. But then they need to do it properly.. there are a lot of problems with that I believe with today's changed views on women. Not as the male-serving, blind loving and willingless woman as these valets were.. which more or less spelt housewife to me.
Cause a valet being booked that way could be INTERPRETTED as sexist.. Media knows no limits when creating stories and they'd love giving someone a bad rap for treating women bad.

Because having lotsof women as valets that would risk of having them look like cheap jewellery shacking up with different men every other month. Not well in accordance with today's values. BUT yeah to some very limited extent. Problem is that not too seldomly the WOMAN have taken too much attention..
I am afraid (no disrespect) that as you present it with the women ONLY accompanying the male wrestlers, they serve MORE as a distraction than a gain. Orton having valet=sharing the spotlight.

BUT, we also live in a different time now than we did in the 80's or for that sake early 90's. Women today have stronger roles in society and are expected to be more individualistic than they were back then.Back then the entire world still idolized the housekeeping wife always being there taking care of things having ONLY the MAN's best as her life project.
So with going on with TOO much valets would make WWE an easy target for discrimination accusations for holding on to old stofile stereotypes

Women's wrestling division is better than in a long time though they make the mistake sometimes of allowing them having too many wrestlers.
Randy Orton having a valet I believe would somewhat kill his character.. and Edge same thing. Yeah women as a valet would be interesting and could add to some textent I agree on that and I believe that is good.

i agree with you. wwe should do that for some of the young talents and a few main eventers. look at tna, desmond wolfe has chelsea as his girlfriend and she is technically managing wolfe and flair. wwe should do that with some few other wrestlers. especially, she would fit perfectly in those type of roles managing a canadian or something. or have the bad wrestling divas and i say that in the most respectful way commentate in a interview or find them some other roles that would be significant
