  • OMG, I can't believe these guys. They have no idea what they are talking about. Internal and external obliques are diagonal muscle fibers, therefore, the only way to work them is rotating. The muscle that you are working with this move is called "quadratus lumborum" and it is responsible for performing spinal lateral flexion just like you see in this video. By the way, you cannot see that muscle, it's attached to both sides of your spine.
