@EricsiPhone dude a trip switch 'triped' once becuase i pulled on the cord of the vacum cleaner and the cord came out of the plug, it also trips if there is a surge of electricity i.e what happens when you do that

@005339 I understand how such devices work, and they would do nothing in this case. Im sure there is some sort of current limiting device in place in the video. Clearly, I sure hope a breaker trips if you have major arching or a dead short right off the wall. This is coming off the adaptors output, meaning its limited by the circularity of the power brick to about 80-100W, even in these conditions. The high capacitance makes the instantaneous discharge look impressive, its not much real 'power'.
