  • What skill with a knife!

  • When you juice cantaloupe, leave the skin on. Most of the nutrients are immediately beneath the hard part. If you cut them off, you're just getting sugary water in your juice without many of the beneficial nutrients.

  • You have to be very careful with cantaloupe skin. Bacteria thrives on the skin, and it is difficult to wash thoroughly due to the texture. But definitely juice the watermelon skin.

  • You're right probably. The nutrients are in the part just beneath the skin, so it's tempting to sling the whole lot in. I'll bear what you say in mind, though. Thanks.

  • What is the title and artist of the song playing. I love the words.

  • The Champion Juicer is terrible, not efficient at all and Heats up quickly. Its extremely overated ! Omegas are a MUCH better choice

  • @Essensual1 haha no worries, oh yeah, just one second (apex remix) by london elektricity is kind of like a more modern version, similar vocals etc, give it a listen if you want

  • You ever juice the watermelon rind?

  • Thanks rawlee, I usually let the watermelon get so ripe that there is very little rind left. But I have heard it is good, just makes the drink more veggie tasting.
