The ECG machine is FAKE - it's just a pre recorded video created in a program like adobe premiere that simulates a heart beat slowing and stopping

Fake EKG machine - 60 bpm is far too low in the circumstances. A true reading would be more like 120!
Stopping the wrist pulse is very easy - you just need a pad or rubber ball hidden in each armpit. Press down on the ball with the underside of each arm to close off the artery for a few seconds and the pulse "stops".
As for this being dangerous - it's as dangerous as any other magic trick, which is to say not dangerous at all.

@mandolinic Hehe, I tried with the armpit thing. It worked, I managed to stop the "wrist pulse". Didn't need a ball or anything just squeezed my arm against my body.
