I picked up the Wet n Wild On Cloud Nine eyeshadow trio based on your review (I also picked up Cool as a Cucumber but I haven't tried it yet). I love the color payoff on this eyeshadow. I paired the blues with Mac's new superslick liquid eyeliner in defiantly feline. I can't wait to try the green trio. Thanks for the review!

I think that would be great starter products for students/teens who are not earning a lot of money yet, but still want quality they can afford. You should also try Avon BEYOND COLOR Radiant Lifting Concealer , it is very creamy, smooth, does not crease! Very nice, inexpensive product! Often on sale for $4.99! I have color Medium its is salmon color!

I love the trios they are so pigmented- I actually like them better than the icon palettes. If you don't have it already you should try the Walking on eggshells trio.

I bought Cool as a Cucumber and the dark green color would not go on my lid at all. I could not pack it on and it looked very faded once I finally did get it on. Maybe I had a bad eyeshadow. I used painterly paint pot for a base...maybe that was the problem too, I dunno. I ended up throwing it out! Hope it works for you. The other trio I have works great, its a neutral color trio. The pigmentation on those Wet n' Wild's looks fabulous! Do they show up the same on the eyes? I don't have any Wet n' Wild eyeshadows but between you and Shellbelle8899 I must have! Lol.

Thanks for sharing the haul with us! Going to Rite Aid is on my list of errands this week. I want to try some of those palettes and lipsticks. I love both of the red lipsticks you bought - which do you think would look better on cool toned skin? The Red Velvet or Spotlight Red? From the way my monitor is reading the color, it looks like it would be Spotlight Red. I've been wanting to try a red lipstick and don't want to pay a lot for it, so this would be perfect! I also picked up an eyeshadow trio in Walking on Eggshells. My son is sick and he was with me, so I couldn't stay too long to look, but I'm going back for more! That's great to know about it not bleeding as much as the higher end ones. I don't wear red lipstick often enought to justify spending Chanel prices, so this is great alternative.

Quick tip: For the Greed palatte, if you take the matte peachy color and put it above your crease after doing a brown smokey eye for instance, it's really warms up the look!
