Well that is almost a sentence.Umm, snakes like food.. They dont care if its dead or alive.(except for fussy feeders) Feeding live animals is a great way to infest your collection with worms and other parasites.

People that feed live animals are not doing it for the snakes well being. They do it because they like to see animals being stalked and killed by their pet.

I personally find it a bit humbling when I watch my snake feed. Also, by breeding your own feeders, you can get some very healthy, and parasite-free food, that IS HEALTHIER than frozens from the pet shop. Besides, isn't it a little more fair and NATURAL to the mouse to pit it against the snake, instead of a human? At least the mouse can give the snake a nip before it goes.

Frozen feeders are just as healthy as live. They snake doesn't care either way, so why not choose the safest option?

If in a real life situation, If I told you: "I can either snap your neck, and kill you now, or you can go into this pit with that lion...", you would pick the lion. Live feeding is as close as you can get your pet to it's natural circumstances. If one animal kills, but won't eat, I let another finish the job. With frozen, I had stuff going to waste, because no-one wanted it.

However, I am proud to report that the snake is alive and doing fine.. It has not eaten since the last feeding that was posted online but I will be feeding him a mongoose this Friday and yes there will be a exciting narration to go with it....

Well I'm actually sensitive to the notion of gender specific pronouns being the masculine form. I don't believe it promotes male dominance but I do believe in respecting the female nature.
