Mit den anderen Cowboys am Lagerfeuer sitzen, die Herde ist ruhig, die Arbeit getan, einer klopft mit dem Colt auf einem Stein Kaffeebohnen zu Mehl, draußen ist es still, nur das Lagerfeuer knistert und Gari singt dieses Lied. Den harten Burschen tribts die Tränen in die Augen.

Ach, und ich hatte mir das so schön vorgestellt. Es war wie ein Film. Naja, dann nimmt der Schäfer am Lagerfeuer mit abgespreiztem kleinen Finger eine Tasse Tee zu sich, nee, dat is nich so romantisch, schade, ich bleibe bei der ersten Version.

Klasse Lied und schön gesungen und gespielt.
