yeah okinawa is a beautiful place. we were only there for 2 days though.
"are people nice to foreigners there" is an interesting question.
I suppose it depends on if you can speak japanese or not. I can (the local dialect too), so I get warm reception from a lot of people.
as for heart gold.... dont know if ill be getting it. maybe.

it's a great experience and i really recommend it to everyone.
