  • the first gulf war however was legal under international law not the second! it was seen thruout the world as the neo consevative agenda that it was! and piled more irreversable damage to the us reputation after Clinton mess in Rwanda! Clinton and Bush the two most disasterous presidents ever!

  • That guy should run to unseat this Senator.

  • The applause lit up my day! :)

  • youtube.com/user/theteapartytruther1 All I do is research, and I'm one of those people who knows too much! Over 500 videos collected! I have friends in the U.S. Air Force, Military, and police force. I stand behind the 9/11 Family members otherwise known as "The 911 Family Steering Committee."

  • What a Patriot! Way to Go! Were gonna win this fight for Liberty!

  • Ya you're right, Bush was ONLY president for 8 years, he ONLY started this illegal war and ONLY signed the most unconstitutional ever, the patriot act, into law with almost every republican's blessing, TWICE! Big YAWN it is.

If this soldier feels the same way about being sent to war then fine, him reciting a part of the constitution to argue against this health bill is his right. But like all of us, he cannot pick and choose what parts of the constitution to follow, it's all or none.

  • Bush has NOTHING to do with this. You know that I am not a supporter of his..HOWEVER...the Bush argument? Please.

And..no..we can't pick...but we can do anything we can to have it enforced.

    Stop being such a jerk

  • Sorry for getting off the subject and being a bit "jerky," you and I believe in a lot of the same things, I just get angry when I feel I see hypocrisy. Both the left and right are forcing the walls on all sides of us in, and many libertarians are stuck on this god nonsense. Just makes me feel so helpless, like I truly don't fit in with any one political party. Independent is the closet to describe me I guess. I'm so straight down the middle I get nailed from both sides on a daily basis on here.

  • @ApocalypticMetalHead Its hard to believe you are this stupid and havent drowned in your Cheerios yet! Iraq war was LEGAL....17 violations of an International CEASE FIRE deem it legal! Congress had waived their voice and control over WAR to Bush...which in turned made his decision Constitutional! Whether it was moral or not is entirely a different argument! But, yes it was LEGAL!

  • @RecceMan90 i dont know if the iraq war was legal in your country i do know it was not under international law as it was never set before the un that why the canadian forces joined you in afganistan which was legal and not in iraq with was seen an act of agression upon a sovern nation! from day one our news agencies knew iraq wasnt involved in 9/11 and was a personal matter with the republican party our prime minister tried to warn him at that time

  • @487shawn 14 of the 17,which authorized military force, UN resolutions to the CEASE Fire made it INTERNATIONALLY LEGAL. Yes it was personal for the President, and the USA, not just the republicans. I won't waste my time with anything more than one important fact to you. Canada did send 30 sniper teams (two of which were under my control) during the invasion. Be proud, these men were outstanding. Your PM at the time was an slant mouth idiot (FYI I was born in Canada and served in the RCR)!

  • @RecceMan90 1 ppcli for ever, i am proud of my fellow soldiers, that doesnt mean i supend my brain! and yes right or wrong in the teams i back them up until the end,but then i will kick the shit out of the politician who lies to the public!

  • @487shawn Also no one said 9/11 and Iraq were connected. What was stated and has been proven Iraq supplied finances, training and arms to Terrorists that are sworn enemies of the USA. One in particular which made it personal to the USA and President (bush)....that was the Assassination attempt on Bush 41 in 1994 in Israel. Also again in 1995 in Oklahoma City bombing!

  • @ApocalypticMetalHead I may have missed it, but please explain exactly what this video had to do with former president Bush?

  • Article 1 Section 8 FTW! This guy knows his Constitution! Keep it up!

  • The Iraq war was unconstitutional. Health care for all is not.

  • Maiyanna...so what? This meeting was not to discuss a war.

    And...fyi...FORCED healthcare is certainly unconstitutional.

  • And education, is that unconstitutional? What about social security? My point is, throwing unconstitutionality

around is not discussing health care. These meetings are to discuss, not to make some kind of nonsensical statement.

  • actually...if you knew anything about the constitution you would realize that if we were forced to attend PUBLIC schools...yes...that woudl be unconstitutinal. But we are not. Kids can attend private school as well as be homeschooled. Nice try.

And yes...Social Security is unconstitutional...specially the way they have ran it like a ponzi scheme. If you don't think so you are an idiot.

  • I didn't say school, I said education. Which is required by federal law.

  • can you post the law??? LMAO

I actually like THIS video of a townhall WAY better!!!! LMAO

    watch?v=6kfIBx_bfu8

and check the STUPIDLY information these people are spitting out.

Hierarchies, Socialism, Tax hikes, Rev Wright, illegals, communes,

And..it would help if they knew the Constitution and the difference between FEDERAL GOV and State Gov duties.

  • Believe me, the federal government funds the states, and they mandate. One that comes to mind off the top of my head is, the "no child left behind act" another is part of the "disabilities act". I don't have time to look them up.

  • @AStarSpangledGirl compulsory education would still be unconstitutional for the FEDERAL Government to impose..... if there is any FEDERAL law mandating compulsory education, it is unconstitutional, but I am pretty sure such laws are either state or municipal....

  • Is this soldier also asking for an apology from Bush and the others in congress who sent him to an unconstitutional war? He speaks and means well, but one can argue for the pros and cons of this "public option plan" not "universal health care", and they would come out even. Instead of hearing what people don't want, it would a refreshing change to hear what they do want. I sure would of loved to hear the response he got.

  • YAWN with the Bush crap. That is getting REAL old, REAL quick.

He is at HIS townhall meeting to address HIS representative...not all of government.

He has every right to bitch if he wants to and the fact you are minimizing it is pretty sick.
