Sorry for getting off the subject and being a bit "jerky," you and I believe in a lot of the same things, I just get angry when I feel I see hypocrisy. @487shawn 14 of the 17,which authorized military force, UN resolutions to the CEASE Fire made it INTERNATIONALLY LEGAL. Yes it was personal for the President, and the USA, not just the republicans. Believe me, the federal government funds the states, and they mandate. One that comes to mind off the top of my head is, the "no child left behind act" another is part of the "disabilities act". I don't have time to look them up.

He speaks and means well, but one can argue for the pros and cons of this "public option plan" not "universal health care", and they would come out even.
