  • Holla! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • 3 tips,

    1.eat 4 small meals a day. eat until your not hungry any more not till your full.

    2, go cardoi mad, push your self dont just walk , run raise your hart rate for at lest 30mins

    3, dont go ''ON'' a diet, if your on a diet you already admit its not a long term thing. change the way you eat slowly and long term.

  • good stuff. especially about the progression of pushups. i'd recommend doing interval training for cardio, since you won't get much of a workout walking unless you can do it for two hours daily. btw, i'll forgive the cavalier hat this time. j/k

  • for the damage of the knees yes it does. so u should start by walking for a few days to build up ur muscles in ur legs and then power walk then run if ur overweight and go to straight running u will damage ur knees.

  • hey try doing cardio every day... for 10 mins, do this run or jog for 30 secs, then walk 1-2 mins, and then jogg again 30secs, and then walk 1-2 mins rinse wash and repeat lol, and youll see results in a week or 2..

  • Would it help if I run everysingle day about 2 miles and then after do alot of sit ups? I feel it isn't working out. I really need to get rid of my belly fat! Someone help!

  • i run two miles as well everyday in a total time of twenty minutes. after that i switch to the bike and really try and power through for about 30-35 minutes. then after cardio you do all your weight training. oh and random fact drinking chocolate milk 15-30 minutes after a workout is the best recovery drink do have it gives your body the things it needs to recover from a hard workout.

  • Stop doing Cardio, cardio burns muscle and muscle burns fat. Lift weights even if you don't want to get really muscular you will burn the most weight by lifting weights and laying off the sugar

  • that is true, but only if you do too much cardio, if you run for 2o mins 4 times a week it doesnt mess up ur muscles

  • incorperate some diff cardio ecercises with the running & sit ups. also don't just do sit ups.. do some other ab exercises...leg raises are real good.

  • run at a constant pace every day for maybe 20 mins, and eat healthy youre not oing to see results unless you change ur diet

    I am a 15 year old boy gonna be 16 in Sept.

    I stand at 5ft'7" and weigh 65KG. i Do have a belly and moobs but also muscles under my moobs. i dont know how to loose fat i am trying all what i can try ' cardio, swimming weight lifting'.

    Please i need advice on How to get rid of my belly. FYI its not really a belly its a tire =/

  • I have a japanise friend who said "RUN ALOT" I believe him he has a real good cut body.

    Im fat too but i hink running alot will help out as we'll to mix with push ups and small portions of food
