thats amazing for someone whos only played for a couple years to play a concerto this advanced.

but she definentely needs some polishing to do, like SERIOUS polishing. i think she kind of rushed his basics to much, with keeping a clean tone to vibrato. if she works on that a little bit more she may become successful, but be4 she gets into the other harder concertos she definentely needs to learn the other easier ones like the violin Mozart concerto in a major.. i think thats wat its called.

She is cute and very expressive, however this video demonstrated a young violinist with poor musicality. It is a lovely repertoire and she has a nice stage presence, nevertheless a "dazzling" performance of sloppy violin playing.

This girl plays with great facilty, and has great stage presence ! This excerpt of the Mendelshonn violin concerto makes a good encore, with pianoforte accompaniment! In reading some of the comments-people are amazed (so they try to explain it). The recording quality (and subsequently turned into a YouTube video quality) is good, considering it is not in an auditorium that is acoustically optimal. Many congratualtions to a young violinist who knows her material so well, she can enjoy it.

No duh it's not good enough - by professional standards! She's 10! By 10 year old violinist standards, this is amazing! Most 10 year olds are still scrambling through a Vivaldi A minor concerto, and here this girl is playing a major concerto - and you have the audacity to point out that she isn't Heifetz yet?

Check out Emily Bear on YouTube. Piano prodigy who has composed over 127 songs for orchestra. Oh, and she's 6 years old. Exciting talent, possibly comparable to Mozart at the same age.

ehh.. maybe not for everybody, but I live in a city where every 5+ year old plays this piece; ranging from terrible - professional level of course. But this is just in the middle. It's not that great, but it's not bad.

She's ten. She is doing very well. Everyone, including people like Joshua Bell have bad habits. She's young so she still has time. Even when the piano couldn't catch up, she didn't mess up. She was steady as can be.
