I don't know much about model trains, but I would clean the track and wheels and tighten the bogies.

@RandomRobloxian it's the axl that has gotten stuck, luckely z trains are made to be easy to take appart and clean, only to get at the wheel in these you have to take it completly appart, takes about 5 to 10 minutes so it's not to bad.
