This whole thing has got to go back to the drawing board no pun intended. People used to go to jail for not having a head covering or having some leg show years ago. Thank God for mini skirts in the 60's but, these are the

The things we see today are the things that we read about dictators and murdereous regimes of the past. Is this the America that we want to live in? Are we so afraid that we are to abandon what makes us American?
Unfortunately, we have also seen this in our history (FDR and the Japanese, Wilson versus the pacifist, hell John Adams with the Alien and Sedition Acts).

"Indefinate" should not be a part of any U.S. legal policy. This law is not constitutional, and if it was, it would mean there was a problem with the Constitution. I agree that people arrested on suspicion of terrorism should not be treated like regular criminals, but to say that we have no legal obligation to EVER try them or allow them legal counsel makes a mockery of our system. Even if the timetable is a year or more, there must be a limit.

This law was passed to combat the Truth movement.
Within 8 years they will be torturing anyone that is a part of that movement.
Opposition will be futile.
Unless we can wake up the masses before then.

The difficulty with this concept is that it is overly broad and may include
YOU. There is no problem with the Constitution. It has and will continue to keep us a FREE people ,only if we do not llow the feds to manipulate it
for their own sick ends.
