I want the second movie now!!! T-T it's not fair... Okay so I also over use it in my head but I knew life was never fair or nice. But this movie made me long for the childhood imaginations that I keep to myself. I think everyone has an inner child. You know what I wish? I wish that Jim Henson would have Jennifer connelly and David Bowie for the sequel as a movie. And a sequel to that one as well... That and I have a sudden urge to see jareth in tight leather pants that have metal chains. Eheheh

I like the story being about Toby but I hate that it is so similar to Sarah's story. I think that if they tried to to do a sequel with Sarah again though it would be to phoned in. Kinda like kingdom hearts 2 where it wasn't like a new story but more like "Oh hey. That thing that happened before...well for no great reason it's happening again". I do think they should make a sequel though.

It doesn't matter how old they look, to me, I think it's time for a sequel! I think they should keep all the original actors who played the characters, even little Toby - he'd be in his twenties or thirties by now, but I'm sure they can play around with the story line (he'd be like studying a course in college or something) - it'd be cool if he now had to save his sister from Jareth, for a price to be king of the goblins or something

there is an actual sequel to labyrinth (kinda), in manga form. Some japanese artist/writer got the rights and made a sequel, where Jareth is seeking out Toby to be the next goblin king. i think it's in the wikipedia article on Labyrinth.
