What I have clear is that the eagle is like a super-predator raptor while the bald eagle (or any white-tailed eagle) I think so. It is also the golden eagle bird of prey largest largest in the world, which says of his enormous capacity for adaptation. @SuperNorthAmerica A good question but very strange. The Bald Eagle is a bird fisher while the golden eagle has no fish between their usual feed. The golden eagle is, in some cases, more size, is faster and better prepared for hunting, as well as being better flying. The Bald Eagle in Alaska is the size or may be even greater than the eagle, but still dedicated exclusively to fishing. If I had to give an answer that would win the Golden Eagle but who knows?

@LordBuntaro Al menos al primero parece que sí le ha matado, del segundo no puedo estar tan seguro, lo que no tengo ninguna duda es que a pesar de ser un jovencísimo aguila real, poco más que polluelo, parece, y de darle bastantes patadas bien dadas el urogallo no tendría nada que hacer contra el águila. Sólamente con la presión de las garras tendría las de ganar.

Puede ser un ave de cetrería, ya te he puesto que pudiera ser así, pero habría que demostrarlo, amén de que estarían incurriendo en un delito cazando un ave amenazada y con su evidente protección. Por último dices una contradicción, una ave troquelada es un ave criada entre humanos, conozco muchos cetreros que les llevas al campo y se pierden con cada ave.

This is ONE in MANY cases. I can't give you statistics, but most of the time eagles can't prey on adult capercaillies because the birds evade them.

This one got lucky because the two birds were engaged in a fight and therefore oblivious to the danger that they were in out in the open like that.

Killing the eagle (or killing eagles in general) would be completely unreasonable, even if capercaillies are endangered species.
