this was lbj's cover- throw out the links of "castro did it"- and then cover it all up to save us from a nuclear war. the cia dis-info experts like david phillips called out their anti-castro lackeys on the payroll to create phoney links between oswald and castro. all this froze the investigation into a lone nut case closed frame job. the cia had the mafia's johnny roselli literally working out of the cia miami station-next to all these kennnedy haters. and along comes a mob guy like ruby...haha

the anti-castro cubans with their mafia and cia sponsors did'nt feel it was"too bad they got kennedy"- they were happy jfk was killed. kennedy had put the overthrow of castro on the back burner-he cracked down on the raids. what the anti-castro cubauns wanted was to get rid of kennedy and castro. lbj and his texas oil backers decided to go to viet nam instead- bigger war contracts. the cubans hated jfk- he was considered pro castro-and who gets blamed a pro castro-ite-what a an obvious frame job

thank you finally someone with a brain comments. if the mafia was involved it was because the CIA wanted it to be. think about it the mafia could clam they did it forever and the CIA would love it. they didnt do it for revenge they did it for survival. if u really look into it the mafia couldnt do it unless parts of the government allowed it. plain and simple. kennedy wasnt pro castro he just wasnt a crazy nut that would bomb anywhere because his advisors said to like lbj

Rodwasp - I think LBJ was covering his own back. If was found that the CIA were involved in killing their own president all hell would have broken loose.
