I read in an interview that says that we meet Callie's Mom and Arizona's parents later this season for a happy occasion.. which I can only assume means that Callie lives and they end up having their wedding soon.. because I also read that Shonda said a couple IS getting a wedding by the end of this season.

So i'm VERY confident that Callie will live. it's just going to be a very emotional episode next week and recovery for the both of them.

I'm pretty sure it's Callie, Ellen said Callie was in a coma on Ellen but also Lucy is there, everybody looks concerned while waiting for the ambulance when usually they're just chatting and preparing for the incoming accident, Mark seems worried and mad + it must be a women patient - look at the finger nails when Bailey holds their hand, oh and if the patient wasn't Callie she wouldn't be there singing. Plus Callie being the patient explains why Addison will be there. Can't wait! :)

@roxane217 i am not so sure that the baby will survive. i mean they are after all two doctors with the kid one has to be at least a stay-at-home-mom and i am not so sure that that is so interesting. of course i want to see more about them, but really i doubt a child is fitting for them. every child that was in that show, dissapeared sooner or later. i might sound harsh now, but i wouldnt mind if the child would die cuz of the crash. its another story to be told.

I was watching Ellen Pompeo (Meredith) on Ellen Degeneres and she said that the episode will be from Callie's perspective, and someone is in a coma and thats where all the singing happens. Also, in this sneak peek it shows Callie right there singing while all of the doctors run behind her with the stretcher without even acnowledging she is there so in that scene she must be on the stretcher and since she is in a coma she is imagining herself outside her body. So i'm positive its Callie:(

I am almost positive that the patient is Callie:

1. the episode is told from Callie's perspective, and its going to be like a dream sequence.

2. When the ambulence pulls up Mark looks the most concerned and asks what happened

3.when Sara is singing, they are pulling someone in on a gourney; if she had been a doctor she probably wouldnt just be standing ther singing.

and 4. Both Addison and Lucy are there...Callie is pregnant.
