I know a few Japanese personally. They are very intelligent and "cool". I think, most Japanese are good and nice. I really don't understand why these Japanese coast guards were so different. They repeatedly intercepted the path of the Chinese fishing boat. The fishing boat had no harm to them, it moved slowly. The guard's act was dangerous and it was the main cause for the collision. Japanese government needed to test the alcohol level of their guards.
