  • @yezz999 yes for sure! 2 or 1 time a day is enough for two weeks, i got nice abs now :)

  • @yezz999 maybe do like 3 sets 3 times a week, no need to overdo stuff. However, don't forget to mind your diet so that the fat covering your abs will vanish,

  • Hi Tammy, i think your workouts are great, im gonna do it... And also, the reason why it's great coz no equipments needed, just for the arm workout... I also have a question, CAN I DO BOTH OF THE WORKOUTS FOR THE BUTT AND ABS AT THE SAME DAY? i DON'T WANT TO HAVE MUSCLES, LIKE IN THE ARM OR LEG, JUST WANT TO MAKE THEM THINNER AND FIRM, DOES YOUR WORKOUTS GIVES ME MUSCLES?   • Yes Tammy, Yes. U are doing a great job. First looked pretty easy, and it is, except that WORKS! Have been trying to do some complicated exercisez, but my column doesn`t like it, but these are fantastic !! I eat healthy, and exercise on all 6 videoos twice a day. It is perfect!! Thank you :)

I'm just wondering, does this just make you lose fat? Because that's what I want to do just lose fat but not get muscle. And I was also wondering how long should I work out?   • I do these five days a week and after three weeks you can totally see it working. I'm going to up it to twice a day now cos i'm not even breaking a sweat!

For example I am very fat and I started to workout every part of my body where I have too much fat in order to loose it and become skinnier ...   • @BigBangElly no girl, you need to burn all the fat that is + and you do this by get into the weight according to your height. Then u start to make muscles.

  • @BigBangElly when u workout with weights, ur burnin calories so ur losing weight. however, at the same time ur gaining muscle. dont always go off a scale cuz it can be deciving. it mite look like ur the same weight but in reality, ur just gaining muscle. if u do all of tammys workouts 3 times a week, or more, ur garented to lose weight and gain muscle. stay motivated, and never give up.im losing weight right now and i feel great. it helps to set goals. hope this helps:)

  • Oh hai, Also try the intellectus 424 diet (Google for it). I dropped a ton of weight it is the best diet I have ever tried.

    Its my second week on this and I can really notice a diffrence(:

    My bottom use to be sortta flat, now it's more

    Lifted and toned up and looks like I have a really nice bottom, I do this workout 3x a day

    And instead of 10 I do 15 and add some squats! Youll really notice the diffrence(:

  • The standing leg raise is my sole glute exercise. Once used to it, you can really FEEL it. The burn, and results are excellent. Surprised more vids don't feature it like this one does.

  • I barely did this and my arse is tightening. :D Works even better if you tighten your glutes the whole time your doing this.Speeds up the results.I suggest doing this every day.I also do te thigh and legs workout just because I have bit too much ltigh fat. :P Well the inner tigh part has too much fat for me but I got hormones sot when I was a baby because I was preme so now I have a woman body..Cough

    For me, there's nothing that less appealing than an overly staged and contrived workout video that features a gaggle of grinning gym rats jumping around in a "concept" decorated studio, breathlessly cheering each other on to throbbing house music. Ugh.

  • my butt never gets anything from this workout, lunges help my thighs but not so much on the butt, is there a different workout to do for the butt?
