If you pause on 0:04, there are 2 lights within the tunnel that indicate the speed of the train. So when the train left the station, it slowed down. Plus, the train probably was switching tracks.

those two lights are 2 yellow signals(yellow over yellow) go slow and the train is diverging(change tracks)
