  • When you are talking about the subspaces are these subspaces in functional space?

    Thanks,

    Sachin

  • This was exceptionally clear to me. I've read so many other manuscripts on wavelets and they've all been confusing. But this? I understood it so easily! Thank you so much for posting this.

  • Nice lecture Prof. Very well explained. And Good JOB IITK for shooting in a good way.

  • @haitham973 I a research assistant professor in a top 10 university in the world, have lectured at several universities such as MIT, UCLA. I have seen other such recorded lectures but this one is the best. Thank you IIT Kanpur.

  • @haitham973 clearly you are not smart enough to be able to go to one of the IITs, so had to go to some bullshit university.

  • Head of Engineering is another Indian .Professor is an engineer not a mathematician, more practical than a mathematican.

  • @haitham973 head of mit's engineering is an indian educated engineering academic and the Prof G Strang is a mathematician.By the way it was on record even by 2002 by two engineering profesors ,there were no books on wavelets with no numerial examples of wavelets inspite of more than 150 books on wavelets. Thanks to engineers for bringing wavelets to the worldwide use like Mallet an electrical engineer.

  • Wow, thanks for the key to wavelet theory!!!!!

  • Very good lecture. And very good to understand what wavelets are and how to calculate them. Many thanks.

  • Good lecture. Thanks.
