I used a hack box. The box contains different poses for men and women. Then after u select a pose, your sim will perform the pose, then command your sim to freestyle. BTW, I got the box from modthesims2(.)com

Well, you push the video icon into the game to record what ur sims are doing. Then go into your video editing program. And add the music to the videos. I use Windows Movie Maker.
