I hear you NightBadger, my musical taste is mostly rock/metal and euphoric trance, but if I like a song, I like a song, that's why my ipod on shuffle can play Iron Maiden, Ice Cube (usually don't like hip hop), The Prodigy, and JS. Bach in that order.

As for this video, I too, remember watching it on tfi, it was amazing then and gets better everytime I hear it. People shouldn't cover Christmas songs, but this was a good example, shame there is Crazy Frog and Cascada in the related videos list.

Ah yes, back when liking 80's music made you a social outcast. I remember watching this and thinking, "Why is it that when he sings it it's credible, but when I say I like it people think I have no taste?" People are sheep - always have been and always will be; a good song is a good song, 'fashion' should never dictate what music can be enjoyed.
