Anybody who thinks Cooke's an enforcer doesn't know what they are talking about, he obviously plays the role of the pest and does it quite well. He does drop the gloves a lot, so unlike a lot of pests he will stand up to a fight, but most of that is when somebody retaliates against him for what he does.
