Professor ratigan was cool because not only was he a parody of Sherlock holmes archenemy professor moriarty(one of the most evil villains in all fiction) but he was also voiced by Vincent price.
Vincent in my opinion is probably one of the better horror movie actors out there. As well as Boris Karloff, Peter Lorre, and a few others.
You do these awesome villain videos and such, but I would like an AMV with their defeats. Come on, show us one of those! Let's see which music you could use for that.
