Incredible! Can't wait for this prototype to become commercial production. I can see a lot of people can benefit from this. One thing concern me is how would be minimize the wear and tear of stairways and carpet?
I like that design. Be great if they could adapt this for a bicycle back wheel (manual back wheel change from wheel to treadlock) for winter riding. I've seen the Ktrac, but it has logical problems with bumps. This looks considerably more sturdy.
Graet Idea, The stretching of the track worries me. If it stretches off the wheel so easily, what would stop it from stretching off the track hubs itself when a stone or other hard object got into the inner track gears? I also see a lot of animation, not true life video. Can you explain why it would NOT derail if an object got between the wheel and track guide? Thanks in advance, Thanks for posting it. Mike D
great thinking! this is the ultimate wheel for all vehicle ! 1st wheels, 2nd tracks, 3rd is the Galileo ! at least before the anti-gravity comes.. lol!
很棒的設計'台灣很多人需要它'努力讓它變成真的吧...

As a disabled person, this would drastically improve my quality of life. What's holding this up, and how can I help?

This could help menkind. I would support mass production if I had cash. I suggest some investor to support this inovation. I would.
