well actually it is arucard when it comes to original japanese version when you hear his name and when it's spelled, in the english version it's reverted to l instead of r, in japan r's are what takes place when it's english dubbed it, changes to l's because it would sound weird in pronouciation, ^_^

probably torrents for EU people is the only place. ultimate 1 and maybe 2 have made it to the US. i don't know if much more has been released elsewhere? it is license for UK distribution by Manga Entertainment. I'd check with a local movie retailer.
