It was filmed in Hungary and is in Hungarian so that it would be cheaper to make and the instructor is shouting ''I WILL TEACH YOU NOT TO DIE, WE FACE EXTINCTION'' to be honest this is realistic because it is the whole world against the Covenant not just the likes of the USA,U.K,etc.The soldiers have probably been taught English fluently during school or training so that they can communicate with soldiers of other countries easily but they might as well speak hungarian during their training

LiquicityPK I think you're wrong. The Halo rights were bought from Bungie by Microsoft directly after Halo3 was released. Microsoft bought Bungie years ago, because they saw the potential in Halo. 3 Games later and Bungie wanted to branch off to other franchises. Could you imagine seeing halo on a sony console. No. The thing with the movie is that the companies that wanna buy and publish the movie want a slice of the pie that is too big for microsofts taste. Nothing to do with Bungie!
